Dr. Christina Curtis is a member of Warnham Evening Flower Club. She is a National Judge who qualified in 2009. She has assessed floral art exhibits at National, Area, Regional and Club level as well as at horticultural and WI shows. She is a keen competitor herself and has won many awards including Best In Show at the National Competition in Southport in 2012. She is now training to be an Adjudicator for NAFAS Judges' Tests.

Ann started her floral challenges when she lived in New Zealand 20 years ago as the plant material there is so inspirational. Hence her contemporary approach to Floral design. She loves competing up to World Show level and has enjoyed successes at many levels.

Having recently qualified as an Area Judge [2019] she looks forward to being invited to judge and constructively help others venturing into competitions as this is such a great way to learn.

She belongs to several clubs and has designed and participated in many exhibitions and Festivals and enjoys meeting people and sharing her ideas.
She loves her garden and has achieved RHS Gold medals in Garden design as well as Floral Art.

In the late seventies, Angela and Steve moved to Sussex and shortly after a friend said. “How do you fancy coming to Flower Club with me?” The rest is history and Angela became more and more involved in the art of floral design. She has since become a National Teacher, Area Judge and Area Demonstrator.

In 1994 Steve was part of the Staging Team for the National Show at Brighton (Far Pavilions). It was hard work but great fun and he picked up the flower arranging bug. Two years later he entered his first National Competition at Nottingham and was awarded a Commended! His enthusiasm developed and in 1997 he became an Area Judge. He served as a NAFAS photographic rep for a while and now his main involvement is photographing flower arrangements and designs in the UK and abroad.
