It is for clubs and engaged persons booked by them to give a demonstration, talk, workshop etc., to decide about meetings. All involved should keep in continuous contact and with the venue when discussing and arranging bookings.A risk assessment is also essential when meetings are organised.

Any venue must be COVID secure with every precaution put in place.
Do remember that any meetings planned may be subject to change at short notice as the COVID-19 pandemic continues and local Lockdowns are established.
